At New India Hardware, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries and post-purchase concerns.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping for both local and outstation deliveries across India.
a. Local Deliveries (Within 50 km)

Local deliveries are handled through Uncle Delivery, Porter, or other trusted third-party instant delivery partners.

The local delivery zone covers all areas within 50 kilometers from our shipping point.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on distance, traffic, and partner availability, but most local deliveries are completed on the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Customers are requested to ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods.
b. Outstation Deliveries (Beyond 50 km)

For all outstation or non-local deliveries, we use Shiprocket and its associated logistics partners.

In case of bulky or heavy shipments exceeding standard weight or size limits, the material will be shipped through VRL Logistics, SRS Logistics, or equivalent freight service providers.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated delivery time will depend on the courier partner’s transit schedule, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days.
3. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking details (where applicable) will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on delivery location, weight, and delivery method.

Any special handling or packaging requirements for fragile or oversized items may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before dispatch.

For urgent local deliveries through instant delivery partners, actual delivery charges as per the service provider will apply.
5. Delivery & Responsibility

Once the product is handed over to the delivery partner, the ownership and responsibility for timely delivery lie with the logistics provider.

New India Hardware will not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

In case of visible damage to the package upon delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and notify us immediately with supporting photos.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
At New India Hardware, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been sold, except under the following condition:
a. Manufacturing Defect

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, a replacement will be arranged for the defective item. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note or refund (as applicable) will be issued at our discretion.

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or installation are not eligible for return or replacement.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels (email, WhatsApp, or phone).
